Kindly note that all exchanges are accepted only after the customer informs us of any size related issues within seven days of delivery. After seven days, no exchange request will be processed. You can request exchange by sending an email along with your Order Id to from your registered email address.


We are shipping orders as soon as possible.

All deliveries will take 3-4 days post dispatch.

We will dispatch in 1-2 days depending upon availability.

We will try for fastest delivery, but bear with us for delays.

We are in constant touch with courier partners for deliveries.



Once the shipment has been handed over to courier we won't be able to cancel or refund the same.



We won't be doing replacement if product received are damaged.

 All products must have original sticker label and other labels attached. Without it, the returns and exchanges will not be processed. 

 Cancellation of orders:

You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to from your registered email address. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.

After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank.  You will be notified about the cancellation of your order vide email.

We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund the amount to your bank account.

Refunds & Exchanges:

    • We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product.
    • Also do note that the colour of the T-shirt and design may slightly vary from the ones displayed on our website, social media pages and our ads.
    • Returns and refunds are not possible if there is slight variation in colour or design of the product delivered.
    • Also, In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then CMD will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
    • However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.
    • Also kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue (including but not limited to size, quality etc) within seven days of delivery.
    • After seven days, no exchange or return request will be processed. Also please note that COD handling charge of Rs 59 will not be refunded if a COD order is refunded back to the customer.
    • If you receive an SMS stating that the parcel has been delivered but no delivery is made or if you believe that wrong items are sent to you or the items you received in the parcel are different than what you ordered then you have to let us know within 48 hours of delivery as if this is any issue with the courier company then we only have 72 hours (from the delivery time) to file a complaint with them. After 72 hours, the courier company does not accept any complaints.
    • Please write to us on if you need an exchange or to return the order.
    • In any genuine case of replacement that we decide to do, the client shall return the product back to us first, we will not be bearing any charges for the return of the product and the person sending it to us will bear it the charges for shipping, after that we will send a new product to the person.
    • For any t-shirt or product meant for photo shoots like promoted to mom/dad etc t-shirts, or any photo shoot t-shirts like but not limited to couple t-shirt, new parents, new grandparents, promoted to series, papa/mama/etc in the making, havin/'avin a baby. T-shirts of any such kind will not be returned and refunded. However, if there is any defect, we sure can do a replacement. 
    • Orders with deep discounts like 30% off coupon codes and special offers (including buy 1 get 1 free and similar offers) are not eligible for return.
    • All products must have original sticker label attached. Without it, returns and exchanges will not be processed.
    • Please kindly note some items like joggers, phone covers, tank tops, raglan t-shirts, leggings, rompers etc cannot be returned as per company policy unless there is any manufacturing defect in them.
    • At the time of return, the courier charges will be chargeable. Refund will be issued after deducting necessary charges.
    • At the time of exchange, price difference (if any) and courier charges will be chargeable.
    • If the customer needs a refund, then refund will only be processed after deducting courier charges.
    • We might waive off courier chargers if the customer opts for refund via Store Credit.
    • COD Orders are refunded only via Store Credit. You will receive store credit in your CMD Account which can be used to place future orders.
    • Store credit cannot be clubbed with any discount code.
    • For all orders purchased in bundles - Price difference of each t-shirt in size exchange and courier charges will be applicable at the time of exchange.
    • Custom orders will always be prepaid and non-refundable. 

Please note the applicable shipping on COD charges shall not be refunded to you in any circumstances.
